At TechoHome, we are committed to delivering beautiful flower bouquets and floral gifts in a timely and reliable manner.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been processed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.

Shipping Time

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 5–8 business days depending on:

  • Destination location

  • Carrier availability

  • Weather conditions

  • Seasonal demand

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Total estimated delivery time is approximately 6–11 business days.

Shipping Restrictions

Currently, we ship within the United States.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • Certain remote locations where carrier service is unavailable

Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to carrier issues, severe weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

TechoHome is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
