How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select your preferred bouquet, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You will receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is completed.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@techohome.store.
We will do our best to accommodate your request before the order enters processing. Once an order has been shipped, modifications or cancellations may not be possible.
How can I check my order status?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when available.
